Code of Conduct

  1. Purpose

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to provide a clear framework of acceptable behaviors and responsibilities to ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional environment for all HMM Infra members of our organization.

  1. Scope

This policy applies to all members, employees, volunteers, contractors and sub contractor, and visitors involved with the organization/community, both in person and online.

  1. Expected Behavior
  • Respect: Treat all individuals with dignity, respect, and fairness, regardless of their race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
  • Professionalism: Conduct yourself professionally in all interactions, including online and offline communications. Avoid engaging in any behaviour that could be perceived as harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
  • Integrity: Act with honesty and integrity in all dealings and uphold the organization’s reputation by making ethical decisions.
  • Compliance: Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies, including this Code of Conduct.
  1. Unacceptable Behaviour
  • Harassment: Harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment, bullying, and discriminatory remarks or actions, is strictly prohibited.
  • Violence or Threats: Any form of violence, threats, or aggressive behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
  • Dishonesty: Engaging in dishonest activities, such as fraud, theft, or misrepresentation, is prohibited.
  • Disruption: Deliberate disruption of events, meetings, or any organizational activities is not allowed.
  1. Reporting and Enforcement
  • Reporting: If you experience or witness any violations of this Code of Conduct, report the incident to Mr. S K Arya, DGM - HR immediately. All reports will be treated with confidentiality and investigated promptly.
  • Enforcement: The organization will take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the organization.
  1. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of membership, employment, or any other association with the organization.

  1. Review and Amendments

This Code of Conduct is subject to periodic review and may be updated or amended as necessary. All members are expected to stay informed of the latest version of this policy.

  1. Acknowledgment

All members, employees, volunteers, contractors, and visitors are required to acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Code of Conduct.
